The purpose of this first service is to assess the condition of the bike after its initial assembly. During the first few kilometers, the components have time to move and adjust naturally. During this first service, our experts can realign and reinstall these components if necessary.

Afterwards, we recommend regular maintenance every 1,000 kilometers. These services aim to keep your bike in excellent condition and guarantee its longevity. During these appointments, our mechanics will carry out an initial in-depth diagnosis of your electric bike. They will then suggest the necessary adjustments or repairs to maintain its performance.

It is important to emphasize that these services must be carried out by qualified professionals. By entrusting your bike to the experts, you can be sure to maintain its optimal condition, reduce the risk of future breakdowns and thus extend its lifespan.

RIDE BIKE STYLE electric bikes comply with Quebec standards. Wherever it is legal to ride a bike, RIDE BIKE STYLE bikes can also be used, as long as you respect the rules of the applicable traffic laws.

32 km/h. In the factory, all our bikes are pre-configured to have a maximum speed of 32 km/h in order to comply with Quebec regulations.
Maximum speed depends on several factors, such as rider weight, wind speed, slope gradient and temperature.
